Completely free for customers: browse, search, and message vendors at no cost. Vendors get a free Starter plan with basic listing. Professional and Enterprise plans are optional for vendors who want more visibility and features.

We currently serve communities in Canada (all provinces) and the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland). We're expanding to Australia and the USA in 2026.

What if I don't have perfect English?

Mojere supports multiple languages including French, Spanish, Tagalog, Yoruba, Mandarin, and Tamil. Use your preferred language in your profile and messages. We believe your skills matter way more than your accent.

Yes. Every vendor is manually verified by our team. We check business licenses, insurance, references, and reviews. Look for the blue "Verified" badge on their profile. Even unverified vendors are legitimate, they're just waiting for our review (usually 1-2 days).

Many skilled vendors work without formal credentials: self-taught professionals, home-based services, and the like. If that's you, submit references, examples of your work, or documentation of your experience. We verify quality through multiple channels, not just paperwork.

Starter is free forever. Professional is $29 CAD/month (or £24 GBP/month in UK) and includes priority listing, verified badge, analytics, and featured placement. How does the verification process work?

Submit your business info and documents. Our team reviews your license, insurance, references, and online presence. We might call you to confirm details. Once approved, you get the "Verified" badge (which builds customer trust). The whole process usually takes 1-2 business days.

How do I get paid?

Mojere is a marketplace, so customers contact you directly and you negotiate payment. We don't take a commission. You handle payment however you prefer: cash, bank transfer, e-transfer, mobile money, and the like.

How do I reset my password?

Click "Log In," then "Forgot Password." Enter your email and we'll send a secure reset link (valid for 1 hour). If you don't receive it, check your spam folder or contact support@mojere.ca.

Absolutely. Mojere is for everyone: Canadian permanent residents, visitors, international students, and people of all immigration statuses. We believe everyone deserves access to trusted services.

Yes. Go to Settings, click "Delete Account." Your profile and data are removed permanently (you have 30 days to change your mind). Historical messages stay in conversations but are anonymized.
