Visit help centerIs Mojere free for vendors?
Yes. Mojere has a free Starter plan that lets any vendor list their business, accept customer inquiries, and show up in directory search. You only upgrade to Basic ($29/month), Premium ($59/month), or Enterprise if you want extra visibility, analytics, or booking management.
Does Mojere take a commission on bookings?
Only when the payment goes through Mojere. Most of the marketplace is commission-free: inquiries are free, and if you and the customer settle up directly (cash, e-transfer, invoice, or however you prefer) Mojere takes nothing. When a customer pays a deposit or balance through the platform, a 5% fee is deducted from that payment to cover card processing and payouts via Stripe. Where a service needs no deposit, the customer pays a $3 booking fee instead. Subscriptions remain our main source of revenue.
What do I get on the Premium plan?
Premium ($59/month) includes up to 100 portfolio photos + video uploads, unlimited customer inquiries, advanced analytics, featured placement on category pages, top placement in search results, booking management for up to 20 services, and priority support.
Can I cancel or downgrade anytime?
Yes. You can cancel or downgrade at any time from the Billing page in your vendor dashboard. You keep access to your current plan features until the end of your billing cycle, then drop to the next tier. Your profile stays live either way.
